| Staff very rude. Money got stuck in machine waited over two hours for technician. Compalained again and was told only one technician. Said would get technician over right away. Waited over half hour. This is not a casino they only have video machines. | 1 |
| They are a huge rip off. Your tickets expire and they just take your money. I won about $200 on a machine, I printed the ticket and went to my room (I was staying in the hotel) the next morning I went to get my cash and they told me IT HAD EXPIRED!!!!! What a dump, rip off, pig sty I will tell everyone I know about my experience there which was a big rip off! No one there is very helpfull and now one tells you your tickets expire. It is not posted any where. Beware if you paln to visit. | 7 |
