| Review | Rate | | Its been a long time ago that they advertised the loosest slots in Indiana. Since the casino was taken over by a private company they have reduced the payouts big time. When it was a company that was traded on the New York Stock Exchange it was better kept.....the people more friendly and a better place to play. Now its all about the record profits they can make each month. Dont go!!! | 3 | | I JUST WENT FOR THE FIRST TIME. IT HAPPENED TO BE ON EASTER SUNDAY. NOT A BAD PLACE. DIDNT HIT BIG, BUT PEOPLE WERE FRIENDLY, WAS VERY BUSY PLACE, SMOKEY, BUT AT LEAST YOU COULD HIT THE BONUS ROUNDS, ONLY LOST A LITTLE MONEY, GOT MOST OF IT BACK, PLAYED 1 AND 5 CENT MACHINES. SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE KIND TO YOU, BUT DIDNT PAY MUCH OUT. WAS LOTS BETTER THEN THE ONE DOWN THE ROAD FROM THERE. WAS PLEASED, THEY REMODELED, DONT KNOW ABOUT THE HOTEL DIDNT STAY THE NIGHT. WILL GO BACK AND THIS TIME STAY. HAS 3 FLOORS OF GAMBLING. AND YOU ACTUALLY CAN SEE THE WATER. ENJOYED IT. CAME FROM OHIO, SINCE OHIO DONT HAVE ANY. WILL GO BACK. | 9 | | The best of the Cincinnati riverboats. They advertise the loosest slots in Indiana and I've seen some big jackpots won, the latest and greatest being a $20,000 winner on a $100 slot on 12/27/04. I've hit 3 jackpots over the past 2 years ($1800, $2100, $1200). | 10 | | Advertises loosest slots in Indiana, but I couldn't tell. I never even hit a bonus round all day! | 7 | | First and last time I go...Too loud...crowded...depressing atmosphere....I was not impressed with it at all. | 2 | | Played Nevada, played NY, played many Indiana casinos, but the first add that Argosy put out in Ohio was the only true add "were the closest". I prefer to drive an extra hour. Slots seem tight and tables are usually a higher minimum wager compared to the other Indiana casinos I have been in. General atmosphere cramped and people do not seem as friendly. Most places at least have entertianing dealers when things are going bad - not here. | 5 |
