| visited tri-state casino on June 26. The employees were very unfriendly. My wife and I did not have one employee say hello, smile , ask us how we were. We just returned from 4 days in Tunica Ms. Tri-state should send their employees there to learn how to treat guests.I do not honestly go into a casino expecting to win money. I do expect to be treated well by the employees.That did not happen at tri-state.My drill instructor in boot camp was nicer. | 1 |

| On my first visit there wehad to wait to get a nicle or dime machine as no one seemed to be playing the quarter or higher slots. They still have the coins along with the play vouchers but the payoffs were nothing to write home about. Did not hear any winners and the machines are quiet (cannot hear the slot noises). The biggest disappointment is that you have to get an hotel room because the casino closes at 3:30am and opens up 7 and a half hours later at 11am, which to me is a loss of gambling time. | 4 |
